+ | | Access was gained on agraveled road. The well was configured to operate as a plunger lift well. Visible well construction included 8.625 surface casing, 4.5 production casing with 1.5 tubing. A two (2) inch riser allowed monitoring of the 8.625 annulus. An I.D. sign was posted and legible. The well was completed prior to implementation of Urban Area Drilling Rules. The wellhead was not fenced or landscaped. The #4-D well shared a common tank battery with Stan Hywet # 1, # 5-D, # 3-D and # 2-D wells. The combined tank battery was comprised of four (4) 210 barrel stock tanks, one (1) 100 barrel brine tank, one (1) 50 barrel brine tank, five (5) 2408 horizontal separators and gas meters. The tank battery was fenced and surrounded with an earthen dike. The load lines were plugged and locked. The I.D. signage was posted and legible. No violations found during this inspection. | ||

0949787619 | 2018-01-05 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | Access was gained on agraveled road. |
