| The new tank is in the dike but is not currently hooked up. One of the old tanks has been removed, but the plastic 110 gallon tank with the cracked side that is full of fluids is still on site and approximately 10 feet from the road. I called Mike Benedum of Blackrock Energy about bringing the well fully into compliance.

| I spoke with Mike Bendimen and he stated that he plans on completely removing the tank battery from this well. He will plumb it together with the Flanders well to the new tank battery. He will have the contamination cleaned up within the next week. Once he finishes the cleanup he will begin working on getting the well back into production.
