− | + | | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check inspection on well #2-2994. Inspector John Fleming was present during the inspection. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well and tank battery remained drivable and stable through the Tod Cemetery. The well was located within a locked chain-link enclosure that contained correct identification. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with #2-2995. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. A locked chain-link fence enclosure was present on top of the dike. Privacy screening on the fence was deteriorated. Correct identification was present on the fence. Equipment on location consisted of two (2) vertical separators and two (2) 140 bbl production tanks. The separators remained in good repair. No production charts were present. The production tanks remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. A charcoal filter was present. Hatch lids were closed. No violations were observed during this inspection. | |

0225995770 | 2018-06-26 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check inspection on well #2-2994. |

0311278558 | 2006-05-08 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | The tank battery is shared with Permit: 2994 and consists of 2-100 bbl storage tanks, 2-separators, a fence and a dike that is not fully enclosed. The well is not in production as yet. The pits are closed. Partial compliance for preliminary restoration. |
0971473662 | 2007-04-05 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | There was good vegetation growth on the location. The drilling pits were filled in. There was no erosion on location or lease road. All the debris was removed from the location. There was no drilling equipment on location. This well and tank battery has passed preliminary restoration. |
1928631536 | 2006-03-07 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | The drilling is completed. The rig is pulling out of the hole at this time. Met with Brad Nelson. The rig is going to move over to the 3-D on Wednesday. |
