The well was idle the valve were in the off position.  A 30 bbl. tank has been move from its location and there is some cleanup that needs to be done. The last reported production was in the year of 2012. There is some oil around the wellhead that has leaked, and an absorbent boom has been placed around the wellhead to contain it.  Well needs to be plugged.

The owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Inspector Randy Akins at 2207 Reiser Ave. New Philadelphia, Ohio, 44663 within 30 day, per OAC 1501:9-11-05(B), and plug the well within 180 days. The owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied.
