1335783505	2018-02-15	Production Wells	No Violations	On the day of my inspection I witnessed the well was equipped with 7 inch diameter casing, 2 inch diameter tubing, rods, domestic gas service and an Oilwell pumping unit powered by gasoline with valves in the open position. Production equipment included a 100 barrel tank within an earthen dike. Identification was faded and production records were current with zero production. I placed call to Jeff Miley of Miley Gas Company who stated the well was supplying domestic gas and the identification would be updated.
