1892337 2010-06-04 No Violations Noted On June 4th, 2010, I visited this site as a routine inspection. The well was in production. Drilling was completed 03/24/2009. A well tag was present. The access road was in good condition and the site was well vegetated. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection.
1895160 2010-06-15 No Violations Noted PUMP JACK IS OPERATING. THE TANKS ARE DIKED AND ALL EQUIPMENT IS FENCED IN. THE SITE IS RESTORED AND VEGETATED.THE SITE AND ACCESS ARE STONED.
2082288 2012-07-11 No Violations Noted John Ley WQS, SWRO was on site to conduct a routine inspection. At the time of inspection, the well was drilled and equipped for production. The site was secured and the well was tagged. The well apparatus appeared to be in sound condition. The site was restored and meets the 70% uniform vegetative coverage criteria.
