Drilling was completed 03/24/2009. A well tag was present. The access road was in good condition and the site was well vegetated. No spills, leaks, or accelerated erosion were observed at the time of inspection.

At the time of inspection, the well was drilled and equipped for production. The site was secured and the well was tagged. The well apparatus appeared to be in sound condition.
