Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0811834573 2016-02-23 Orphan No Violations Performed inspection of this well alongside Steve Sapio of the USFS and Jim Wood of the BLM. Upon inspection, it was observed that the well is idle, incapable of production, and may be orphan. The well was assigned this API # by DOGRM Permitting Section as a result of this inspection. The well consists of a pumping unit standing over wooden conductor and open 6.625 surface casing. The old wooden sucker rods are stacked beside the well. No pollution or contamination was observed. The well is ~100 from another well with similar equipment. There is a 50 bbl tank at the top of the hill which is no longer in use. Photos were taken. The well will be referred to the Orphan Well Program.
