2018. There are 3 producing wells on this pad. Production by intermediate (5-1/2 X 9-5/8) annulus vent is shut in to pressure monitor, with pressure reading 2 PSI, production casing pressure gauge reads 367 PSI. The production xmas tree top pressure on the 2-3/8 tubing is 214 PSI. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus or in the area immediately surrounding the well. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at time of inspection. Wellsite looks neat and well organized. 2829564 Primary Facility 2019-01-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On January 17, 2019, Department representative Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at ARD Operating , LLC. COP Tract 285 Pad H. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover.

There are a total of 3 producing wells located on this well pad. All wells are tagged with API/well permit numbers. No bubbling within the cellars was observed. There are 3 line heaters and 4 steel vertical production fluids tanks onsite. A sand separator is associated with each well. Both line heaters and production fluid tanks were stationed in secondary containment.

No violations noted.
