There are 2 producing wells on this pad. Both annulus vents are closed and not vented at time of inspection. Production by intermediate (5-1/2 X 9-5/8) annulus vent is shut in to pressure monitor, with pressure reading negative 3 PSI, production casing annulus vent is also shut in to pressure monitor, with pressure reading - 312 PSI. The production xmas tree top pressure on the 2-3/8 tubing is 201 PSI. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus or in the area immediately surrounding the well. COP Tract 285 Pad D. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover. No PCSMs are planned to be installed.
There are a total of 3 producing wells located on this well pad. All wells are tagged with API/well permit numbers. No bubbling within the cellars was observed. There are 3 GPU’s and 4 steel vertical production fluids tanks onsite. There is also 3 sand separators associated with the wells. Both GPUs and production fluid tanks were stationed in secondary containment. A hole was noticed in the secondary containment for the production fluid tanks. The Department recommends repairing the secondary containment.
