2796074 Primary Facility 2018-10-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This location can be accessed off of Lenhart Rd. in Pleasant Township, Warren County, PA.

This is a combination oil/gas producing well, equipped with an electrically driven pump-jack. The jack appears to be on a timer, and is currently pumping. The well is plumbed to buried gathering lines. Both production valves, off of the well head, appear to be open. Relevant well information, including the API number, is written on the service box. This well is positioned at the base of a relatively steep hill in the accessing road. The hill has eroded some, exposing some large rocks. The road base, however appears stable. It is advised that shape be put back into the road if the lease is to be developed further, or the current wells are to require accessing by heavier equipment. The well location is stable with vegetation. There is a spool of wire and a steel drum near the location that do not appear to be getting used for he regular operation of the well. This material should be removed.
