0874918346 | 2016-10-14 | Exempt Well Pre Transfer | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the fitting had been tightened and the leak stopped on the steel line that connects the 100 and 50 barrel tanks. There was also a new plastic compression plug in the heater tube on the 100 barrel tank. The leaks were both stopped, and the inside of the dike had been cleaned up. |

1284112829 | 2015-09-03 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the wellhead was equipped with a pumping unit. The motor was intact, the valves were open and there was pressure on the gauge. The tank battery consisted of one 100 barrel tank, one 50 barrel tank, one separator and an earthen dike. Identification was posted and I found no leaks or spills. |
1473860994 | 2016-09-14 | Exempt Well Pre Transfer | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a natural gas powered pumping unit. The engine and drive belts were intact. The flow lines were connected at the wellhead. The tubing valve was open. The casing valve to provide gas to the engine was open. The casing valve to the flow line was closed. The tubing gauge showed 60 pounds of pressure. The pumping unit was fenced with chain link and barbed wire. The fence was not locked. There was no identification at the wellhead. I found no leaks from the wellhead components, and there was no existing contamination on the ground. I found no visible house gas connections or components at the wellhead. The tank battery consisted of one 100 barrel steel tank, one 50 barrel steel tank and one vertical separator. An earthen dike was in place around the production equipment. The valve on the flow line to the separator was open. There was brine water leaking from the heater tube in the bottom of the 100 barrel tank. There was a T fitting on the line from the 100 barrel tank to the 50 barrel tank that was leaking oil and water. Correct, legible identification was posted on the 100 barrel tank. I found no visible house gas connections or components at the tank battery. I went to the home and met with Mrs. Kaser. She confirmed that they were currently connected for house gas. They have a natural gas heater in the front room of the home that Mrs. Kaser claimed they used in the winter. I called Sound Energy and left a message for Bruce Levingood outlining the issues with the leaks at the 100 barrel tank that need to be addressed before the transfer can proceed. |
