This well is enclosed in an unlocked fence. The well is labeled with the operators name, API number, and well permit number. Attached to the well is a pump jack. There was (1) 300 bbl tank and (1) 3,000 gallon methanol tank stationed in a lined earthen containment. The 300 bbl was not labeled. I recommend labeling all tanks. Cattails and other vegetation are growing inside the earthen lined containment. Most of the containment and areas around the well were snow covered. I recommend once weather conditions are better, the well tender inspections the liner within the earthen containment. Based off that inspection, repairs maybe needed within the liner. |
