Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0023694216 2011-08-31 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration meets all requirements.
0310144256 2018-07-12 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the gate valve on the tubing was open. The 2 inch flow line valve was open. The production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL production tank, one 50 BBL steel tank and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open and the chart dated 7/10/18 showed production. The tank battery was diked. Signage was located at the well and tank battery. The lease access was stable. No violations observed.
0690286018 2013-07-29 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunge lift unit. The tank battery contained a 100 barrel production tank, 50 barrel brine tank, and a separator. There were plugs in the load lines. An identification sign was posted with the wrong permit number. The dike was capable of meeting containment requirements. There was no safety equipment installed at the production tank. The separator had a 7 day production chart. The lease road was in good condition. I contacted Scott Rollings of Cedar Valley. I told him to install the proper safety equipment and fix the permit number.
1377691520 2013-08-28 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the correct permit number on the identification sign posted on the production tank. A new dike was built that meets containment requirements per my request.
