1307472555 2015-05-19 Production Wells No Violations On the date of inspection I found production equipment to include two 100bbl tanks and a horizontal separator within an earthen dike. The well is equipped with a pumping unit, rods, 2.375 inch tubing, 4.5 inch casing, and 8.625 inch casing. One casing valve is in open position to a domestic meter. Identification is present and production records are current through 2014.
1539608004 2018-10-15 Production Wells No Violations Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods, and a pumping unit ran with an electric motor. The valves on the tubing and casing were in the open position. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. The production equipment included two steel 100 barrel tanks, a horizonal separator and a chart recorder with a 2 by .250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
