Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1467023831 2014-01-08 UrbanPreliminary Restoration No Violations The producing unit consists of a wellhead with mechanical plunger lift and aboveground storage tank battery. The battery is comprised of one 100-barrel production tank and one 100-barrel brine tank, mechanical separator, and associated piping runs. Both the wellhead and battery are enclosed in chain-link fence enclosures which are locked. Secondary containment, signage, and process safety equipment are good.
1507299865 2017-10-06 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: The wellhead plunger lift system and associated tank battery located in an otherwise undeveloped parcel. The load lines were plugged and secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry with no signs of leaks or spills. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery which are comprised of wild vegetated areas with piles of gravel and slag stored variously throughout, and found no signs of impact or degradation attributable to the production system.
