1399135790 | 2018-05-15 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0586. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well and tank battery remained stable and drivable. The well was within a chain-link fence enclosure that had one side open. The well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. The tank battery was shared with 2-2935. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production tanks. A chain-link fence enclosure surrounded all of the equipment. Correct identification was posted on the fence. Equipment on location consisted of one (2) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) 100 bbl steel brine tank. The separators remained in good repair and contained a current 24 hour production chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
