1464357668 2016-05-27 Orphan No Violations I received a call from Steve Christman. Steve is with Homewood Corporation. They encountered an abandon ell during on their construction site. Records show the well was drilled to 694 in 1965. Records also show the well was plugged with drill sediment. I informed Steve of the idle orphan program. He indicated he could not wait that long. I told Steve in order to plug the well the requirements set by The Division Of Oil&Gas would have to be met. Steve said he would call when he found a plugging contractor who could meet the requirements for ownership and had the ability to get a plugging permit and plug the well.
