Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0246772528 2015-12-10 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with rods and tubing. The pumpjack has been removed from the well and the company is producing the well from the 4.5 casing. The tank battery consists of two 210 BBL production tanks, two 100 BBL brine tanks, and two mechanical separators. The dike around the tank battery needs to be rebuilt. The wellhead needs to have an identification sign. The tank battery has a proper identification sign. The lease road is in stable condition. The tank battery and lease road are being shared by permit 2-0549. I contacted the well tender Ted Cutwright about the issues.
1228763296 2008-12-08 Production Wells No Violations Well appears to be for domestic use. Valves are open, there is a timer in place. Sucker rods are in the well, pump jack has been removed. No tank battery noted. 20psi of pressure shown on a gauge. Called company left message for Jerry to replace ID sign.
