0017767929 2014-02-06 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 02/06/2014. Tank battery is shared with the Gurin #2 well and consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 2 separators within an earthen dike. Well identification for both wells utilizing the tank battery are clearly displayed. Well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. No well identification is posted at the wellhead as required since the well shares a tank battery. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
