| I received a request from central office to determine if the well met the minimum standards for final restoration. The well does not meet the requirements for final restoration as the well was not plugged. The well is owned by Ewing Family Trust INC. The well consists of a 4.5 inch diameter casing with a gate valve. The well has over 600 psi gas pressure on the well. I informed the well owner Mr. James Ewing that his insurance had lapsed. He informed me the insurance was renewed 2.20.18.

The well does not meet the requirements for final restoration as the well was not plugged. The well is owned by Ewing Family Trust INC. The well consists of a 4.5 inch diameter casing with a gate valve. The well has over 600 psi gas pressure on the well. I informed the well owner Mr. James Ewing that his insurance had lapsed. He informed me the insurance was renewed 2.20.18.
