| On the day of my inspection I witnessed the production equipment included a 140 barrel tank, a 37 barrel plastic tank, a vertical separator, a drip, a 2 inch meter run with a .25 inch orifice and a chart recorder all within an earthen dike. The well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing; 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, domestic gas service and a Churchill pumping unit powered by electricity with valves closed on the tubing and 1 of 2 open on the casing supplying the domestic gas. Identification was present and production records were current.

The well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing; 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, domestic gas service and a Churchill pumping unit powered by electricity with valves closed on the tubing and 1 of 2 open on the casing supplying the domestic gas. Identification was present and production records were current.
