| On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Mountain States Pressure Services & Well Services Rig # 168-03 had tripped in the wellbore with 2.875 inch drill pipe and was preparing to drill out the 1st kill plug set at 7319 feet. The 2nd kill plug was set at 7350 feet with the 1st frac plug set at 8195 feet. Weatherford Services had completed BOP testing with 5000psi on the low end and 8500psi on the high. Site inspection with Completions Consultant Jim Lake revealed no violations.

0720224493 2016-06-08 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection the well was equipped with production trees with valves in the open position. Gauges present read 1320psi on the casing and 950 on the tubing with annular pressure monitoring in place. The production equipment included 16-500bbl tanks within containment and shared with the 2H, 3H and 4H. Also present a sand trap, a GP Unit, a vapor recovery system and a combustor.
0900757580 2015-07-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection the well was equipped with production trees with valves in the open position. Gauges present read 2550psi on the casing and 1900 on the tubing. The production equipment included 16-500bbl tanks within containment and shared with the 2H, 3H and 4H. Also present a sand trap, a GP Unit, a vapor recovery system and a combustor. PDC is preparing to install a trap before the combustor which will send fluids back to the production tanks keeping condensate from reaching the combustor. Completed walk around with Well Technician Carl Caplinger revealing no violations.
