Rex Energy personnel were on location with a coiled tubing unit preparing to set bridge (kill) plugs in both wells in order to re-complete the #2H. They will begin re-completion operations starting on 5/12/2014. I found no source for vibrations on this pad. No violations. | ||

The well is identified with a legibly-marked well identification sign. Identification was posted at the tank battery which consisted of eight 400 bbl production tanks, four labeled as containing produced water, and four labelled as containing condensate. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike and no standing water was present inside of the tank battery at the time of inspection. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Production equipment on the well pad consisted of: | ||
