Schlumberger cemented the casing with 671 sacks (146.9 barrels) of ClassA cement with a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon and a yield of 1.24 cubic feet per sack. The additives in the cement blend were 10% D44 (salt), .2% D46 (antifoam), .15% D153, and .125% D130 (lost circulation material). Schlumberger pumped 133 barrels of displacement to land the plug. There was good circulation throughout the entire job and 40 barrels of cement was circulated to surface. After the plug was landed, Schlumberger pumped 1000 PSI on the casing and held it for five minutes with no pressure loss. | ||

Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of eight, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water.
