All E&S controls had been installed as outlined in the E&S plan. The disturbed area had been temporarily stabilized. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site.
2055814 Primary Facility 2012-04-02 Incident- Response to Accident or Event No Violations Noted Inspection in response to a spill on Friday March 30 at approximately 1:30 pm EST. The operator notified the Department within the ICP protocol and the Department was informed at the time of the call that the spill was on containment. While disassembling the rig the spill originated from a pipe between mud pits and a shaker skid. At the time of the spill a CPX Environmental truck was onsite and was immediately ordered by the operator to clean up the spill.
