The last inspection conducted on behalf of the operator was on 7/9/2013. Two wells have been drilled at this site. Drilling of the 893 1V (117-20700) was competed on July 22, 2010 and drilling of the 870 5H (117-21466) was completed on April 15, 2012. The site has not yet been restored as per the Site Restoration Plan in the ESCGP (Figure 6). This constitutes a violation of Section 3216 of the 2012 Oil and Gas Act.
2454408 Primary Facility 2016-02-25 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department of Environmental Proteciton (DEP) inspected the SWEPI LP – Doan 893 well pad in Deerfield Twp., Tioga Co. on 2/25/2016 @ 1230 hours. The weather was 39° and overcast with rain/freezing rain. An adequate site ID sign was observed at the entrance to the access road. 2479583 Primary Facility 2016-04-26 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) inspected the SWEPI LP – Doan 893 well pad in Deerfield Twp., Tioga Co. on 4/26/2016 @ 1045 hours in response to receipt of a Notice of Termination. The weather was 59° and overcast, winds WSW 16 mph. An adequate site ID sign was observed at the entrance to the access road.
