1326804047 2012-01-17 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Talked to Heath (ARTEX) who informed me that they finished drilling this well on 1/15/12 and cemented casing. I was not notified of these activities. Total depth of this well was 6456.

-liner above ground and asked them to remove all of it. Tank still needs painted, good identification on ladder, current chart shows well is selling gas. Well is equipped with pumping unit.
