The fresh water withdrawal from Enlow Fork was shutdown during the inspection vy the operator. 5 well have been drilled to TD and are being completed on site. The five wells on site remain permitted to Noble Energy and the permit transfers have not been processed by the Department. |

The five wells on site which were permitted to Noble Energy have now been transferred to HG Energy. The operator reported a release of reuse water to the well pad of unknown amount because of possibly failing secondary containment, on 10/10/17. During an inspection of the site by the operator stained stone was noted on the southeast corner of the well pad near the secondary containment. The operator removed the secondary containment at the location of the suspected holes in secondary containment and has excavated impacted stone from the well pad.
