It was determined that all requirements related to permit termination had been attained which resulted in Range Resources submitting a formal written Notice of Termination (NOT). During the 12/7/2018 inspection of the project area, the following was observed:
Based on the inspection of the project area, it was determined that all requirements related to permanent stabilization and permit termination had been attained. I recommend termination of ESG15-125-0057. No violations were found during this inspection. |
