2772042 Primary Facility 2018-09-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 9/6/2018 at approximately 0945, I conducted a routine site inspection of the John McMurray Was Well Pad located in Donegal Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • All wells on site were clearly marked and appeared to be in good condition.
  • The production fluid tanks were within secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition.
  • GPU on site was not within secondary containment but appeared to be in good condition. GPUs were installed prior to October 2016.
  • The site appeared to be stable with greater than 70% vegetative growth.

No violations were found during this inspection.
