2774983 Primary Facility 2018-09-06 Incident- Response to Accident or Event In Compliance with Policy On 9/6/18 an incident inspection of the Wolverine Well Site in response to an operator reported spill. The following was observed:

>>On 9/5/18 the operator reported a spill of less than ten gallons of produced water. The spill occurred immediately between the secondary containment around the production tanks and the small containment unit placed for truck transfers. The operator reported that the spill was assumed to have occurred during a transfer and estimated at 5-10 gallons. A well tender found the spill and cleanup was completed the same day.

>>Site inspection found that cleanup was completed at the time of inspection. No evidence of residual impact was found. Cleanup appears to be in compliance with Department policy.
