I observed the pump jack and tank battery to be operational and free from signs of leaks or other problems. Secondary containment is intact. Load-outs are bull-plugged. The enclosure gates are locked. ID signage is present and accurate. The short dedicated access road to the tank battery and wellhead is earthen-paved and is in good condition.
0977808537 2012-02-09 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations This well is equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery is in good repair and equipment spacing is correct. The man doors are locked on the fences.
1380740624 2013-10-02 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of a pump jack unit at the wellhead and an aboveground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 1 140-barrel steel production tank, a 50-barrel brine tank, and a separator unit. The elements are enclosed in separate chain-link fences. There is adequate secondary containment. The signage is in poor condition. I will call Ron Gibson about remedy for the sign.
1497465004 2017-06-14 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this production well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system and associated tank battery is separate chain-link enclosures. The enclosure gates were locked and secure. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. The load-line was plugged. There was secondary containment which was intact and dry. I noted that the bottom of the 210-barrel steel stock tank was exhibiting corrosion and should be evaluated for replacement. I contacted Ron Gibson and advised him of the noted tank issue. He indicated that repairs were being arranged.

1654517939 2017-11-17 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection I found the following: wellhead with pump jack and adjacent tank battery. The fittings and connections were secure, Enclosure gates were locked. Load lines were plugged and secure. I walked and inspected the areas surrounding the well and battery and found normal greenscape with no signs of problems or impacts.
