1431127967 2015-05-08 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Upon arrival on location I found the crew installing 13 3/8 inch casing at a depth of 2018 feet. Schlumberger will be cementing. Established circulation and circulated 50 bbls of good cement back to surface.
1431696712 2015-05-15 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On arrival on location I found that the crew had installed 9 5/8 inch casing and cemented, at a depth of 7421 feet. Established circulation and started cement. The returns were lost in the last 42 bbl to displacement to land the cement plug. The spacer was seen at the surface. The calculated cement top is at 458 feet.
1630289507 2015-05-05 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site tonight to witness the running asnd the cementing of the 18-5/8 inch diameter casing string. Patterson Drilling Rig # 292 drilled a 24 inch diameter hole to 355 ft and set 355 ft of 87.5 lb casing. Schlumberger Cementing Service cemented with 660 sacks of class H cement at 15.6 lb and a yield of 1.20 Had to wash casing to bottom if it goes then circulate bottoms up.
1699630571 2015-05-04 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Patterson Drilling Rig # 292 has moved over from the # 6 Conotton well and is rigging up to begin drilling this well today. They should be ready to drill tonight and set casing Tuesday. I did a check of the solids control area and chemical storage area and found everything clean and on or inside containment.
1811111233 2015-01-26 Casing String Witnessed No Violations I am on site today to witness the running and the cementing of the 30 inch diameter casing string. Precision Drilling Rig # 4 drilled a 36 inch diamter hole to 100 ft and set 100 ft of 118.76 lb casing. Allied Cementing Service cemented with 316 sacks of class A cement at 15.6 lb and a yield of 1.20 and circulated cement to surface.
1973801497 2018-12-13 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Deputy Chief Bob Worstall and Inspector John Fleming. This pad contains five properly labeled producing wellheads. Production equipment includes nine 500 barrel steel tanks in their own polymer lined steel containment, five GPUs, five sand seperators, two line heaters, a compressor, and a vapor recovery unit. Surface annular pressure is 0 and intermediate annular pressure is 0. Production records are current in RBDMS.
2053927969 2017-09-20 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the Conotton wellpad to have 5 properly labeled producing wells. Wells are equipped with christmas tree wellheads. There is 0 psi on surface casing and 0 psi on the intermediate casing. Production equipment includes five gas production units, two line heaters, three compressors, vapor recovery system, combustor, and nine 500 barrel steel tanks. Three are brine and six are condensate tanks. Tanks are in their own steel containment. Production records current in RBDMS. Site passes preliminary restoration according to ORC 1509.072A.
