1544815499 | 2018-12-13 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed Lightning Energy Services had drilled a 30-inch diameter hole to the depth of 120 feet. Lightning Energy ran 118 feet of 24-inch diameter 94 pound per foot Conductor Pipe, with 1 foot of stick up. C&J Energy Services was on location rigged up their cement lines pumped 2 barrels of fresh water and established circulation with 65.2 barrels, 305 sacks of class A cement with 2% Calcium Chloride and .25 pound per sack of poly flake with a weight of 15.6 pounds per gallon and a yield of 1.20 cubic foot per sack. Cement weight was verified by mud scales, Cement was displaced to 108 feet with 57 barrels of fresh water, with 20 barrels of good cement to surface |
1550243916 | 2019-02-15 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the surface casing cement job with H&P Drilling rig 608 on location along with Schlumberger Cement Service and Wyoming Casing. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter borehole on air to a measured depth of 396 and inserted 356 of 17.5 diameter J-55 grade Buttress Thread casing with a casing guide shoe and float collar ran along with 3 casing centralizers. All depts are from a drilling rig floor heigth of 26.8 above ground level elevation. Schlumberger Cemented the casing using a 94 barrel cement mix consisting of 448 sacks of class A cement with the cement weight verified at 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale. The cement was displaced with 49 barrels of fresh water. 20 barrels of cement returns were witnessed to surface with the plug landed at 199 psi and the casing tested to 1,041 psi upon the landing of the cement plug, casing floats held. |
