0899027139 2016-07-18 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection today is a follow up on a compliance notice stating to plug the well. The compliance notice was issued 6/24/2014 and 180 days were given to gain compliance. During my inspection the well was equipped with 4.5 inch production casing, 2 inch tubing, and a scissor jack. No action has been taken to gain compliance. Pictures were taken to assist with this inspection.
1000850715 2015-03-19 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that no attempt has been made to gain compliance at this well location. The well is still idle and incapable of production. I spoke over the phone with Mr. Mike Cisler and set up a meeting for 1:30 pm on March 31st to look at this well and determine the best course of action for plugging it. Mr. Cisler stated that he plans on considering this well for a workover first and will plug it if he finds it isnt suitable.
1627467046 2014-06-23 Production Wells Violations Noted This well was inspected in response to a complaint. Upon inspection, it was observed that the well is not capable of production. The well consists of a 4.5 casing rising to 2 tubing on a swedge. There is a scissor style pumping unit on the well with rods in place. A black poly line is attached to a 2 valve on the annulus of the 2 tubing, indicating the well may have supplied domestic gas at one time. The 2 valve was in the closed position. There are no tanks associated with the well. No identification information was posted at the well. According to RBDMS records, the well has never shown production. The operator shall attain a plugging permit and plug this well. The operator has 180 days to comply with this notice. Mr. Mike Cisler of Cisler Oil and Gas has been notified of this situation via telephone, and has verbally agreed to comply. Photos were taken of the well location.
2001830080 2015-03-31 Production Wells No Violations Met on location with Mr. Mike Cisler and Mr. Lee Scott of Cisler Oil & Gas to discuss plans for plugging or servicing this well. Mr. Cisler stated that he is hiring Rob Armstrong as the service rig contractor for this well and will attempt to run in to total depth to see if the well is worth producing. Mr. Cisler stated that if the well is not productive then he will file for a plugging permit and plug and abandon the well.
