0925793092 | 2017-08-24 | Production Wells | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing that was swaged down to 2 inch steel flow line. The flow line connected to plastic line and then entered the ground in the direction of the tanks. The valve connecting the swage to the flow line was partially opened. The annual production reports are up to date and they show gas production. There were no leaks around the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks and one horizontal separator. There was no containment around the equipment. There were no leaks or spills around the tanks. There was no identification posted at the wellhead or tanks. I called Jeff Butler with NGO and asked that he get an ID put up for the well. He said that he didnt pump that well, but he would get the message to the pumper. |
