Mr. Lantzy stated that someone has taken a dozer through his woods and cleared a right-of-way and a gas line can be heard leaking within the right-of-way. During my inspection I walked the right of way and found the area of the gas leak. The leak appeared to be a low-pressure leak and while utilizing my Ventis Pro 4 gas monitor the lower explosive level recorded zero in the immediate area of the leak.
