1526993748 | 2018-05-21 | Production Wells | Violations Noted | My inspection revealed that the well was equipped with a pumping unit and gas motor. The well showed signs of recent production. The tank battery consists of (2) 100 barrel tanks and separator. I observed an unloading tank near the beginning of the lease road. This well produces into a shared tank battery with API permit number 4666. I did not observe identification at the tank battery or well. Identification was posted on the unloading tank. I contacted well owner Bill Arnholt via email and advised him of my inspection. The well owner shall post identification within 10 days. Time of inspection: 10:40 AM. Weather: 73 degrees F, Sunny |
