1368539524 2016-02-23 Orphan No Violations Performed inspection of this well alongside Steve Sapio of the USFS and Jim Wood of the BLM. Upon inspection, it was observed that the well is idle and may be orphan. The well was assigned this API # by DOGRM Permitting Section as a result of this inspection. The well consists of a pumping unit standing over wooden conductor, 6.625 surface casing, 2.375 production tubing with rods, and 1 tubing on a gas escape packer. There are 1.5 black plastic lines attached to the 2.375 and 1 tubing. No pollution or contamination was observed. There is a 100 bbl production tank nearby which is no longer in use. Photos were taken. The well will be referred to the Orphan Well Program.
