0588002329 | 2012-12-13 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a production well inspection. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel oil/brine storage tank and a dike. The heat treated separator was outside the tank battery with the correct spacing and a worn/faded identification sign. I called Larry Lower at 216-570-8708 and asked for a new identification sign to be posted. The lease road was part of the landowners driveway. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. |
1442403303 | 2015-09-04 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. A 2 domestic gas line comes off of the wells 4.5 casing. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel production tank and a mechanical separator. A dike surrounds the tank. The identification sign on the separator is weathered and unreadable. There is a plug on the load line. The lease road is in stable condition. I called and spoke with Larry Lower, field supervisor for Enervest. I instructed Mr. Lower to post a new identification sign by 9/17/2015. A follow-up inspection will be conducted. |
