0063627736 | 2013-02-11 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery had one, 100 barrel production tank with the proper identification sign. There was a plug in the load line. The dike was weathered; however, it meets containment requirements. The separator contained a 16 day production chart. The lease road was in stable condition with a closed gate at the entrance. The production records were up to date on our database. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
1493034292 | 2017-04-14 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I found the well in production on the day of my inspection. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The gate valve on the tubing is open. The diked tank battery has two (2) storage tanks. There are plugs on the pick-up lines. Both tanks have peeling paint. Identification signs are posted at the well and tank battery; however, they both have the wrong permit number. There are two (2) separators outside of the dike. The access road is in good repair with a closed gate at the entrance. I spoke with Larry Lower, field supervisor for Enervest. I told Mr. Lower to correct the permit numbers. A follow-up inspection will be conducted by 4 May 2017.
