Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0925955873 2017-12-19 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located in an active waste management operation. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. The well was not in active production. I walked the areas surrounding the well and found no signs of problems or impacts relating to the production operation.

1256836561 2013-05-31 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of the following elements: a wellhead with pumpjack and a tank battery system. The tank battery is comprised of one 210 and one 100-barrel steel tank, and mechanical separator. Secondary containment is present and adequate. The tank battery is shared with the Rosby 1 (#2-1795). The 210-barrel tank is beginning to fail at a weld on the side. I did not observe any other problems or violations.

2134050335 2016-03-15 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and associated tank battery are located within a large-scale commercial municipal solid waste landfill and materials recycling facility and accessed via the shared-use, gravel-paved roadway. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system and tank battery with one 210-barrel steel production tank, one 100-barrel steel brine tank, and separator (the battery was being shared with the Rosby #1 well). The production elements were located at the fringe of a field office and parking area. Fittings at the wellhead were secure and free from leakage or problems. Secondary containment was intact. Fittings and connections at the battery were secure with the following exception: a small portion of the welded seam on the 210-tank is beginning to fail and leak oil. A previous leak along the same seam which I had noted and notified the owner about had been repaired. I notified the owner the following maintenance issues need addressed: remove the overgrowth of vegetation from the wellhead area, repair the leaking tank weld. The areas beyond the wellhead and battery are comprised of a heavily-worked landscape of imported fill material, waste disposal activity, and materials storage. I did not observe any evidence of problems or impacts to the surrounding area from the on-going production.
