Plugging and abandonment was completed on 05/19/2011. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: the former area of the well was restored and regraded with no evidence of the well remaining. Some portions of the gravel-paved access road have been left with landowner waiver in receipt. No other actions are required. Final Restoration is completed.
