1148761934 2014-07-15 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 07/15/2014. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks, 3-horizontal separators, and 3-underground brine vaults within an earthen dike. The diked area is located within a locked metal fence. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (6); well identification is clearly displayed for all wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a wellhead with a gate valve, swedge, elbow, and pressure gauge. No well identification was posted at the wellhead at the time of the inspection. Steve Gessel was notified of this issue onsite at another well on 07/16/2014 and sent pictures confirming that the problem had been addressed. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1364409660 2013-03-26 Production Wells No Violations I inspected this well and found one wellhead producing open flow through the 4.5 in. casing. The gauge on the casing showed a pressure of 20 psi. No leaks were detected on the well and the area around the wellhead was nicely maintained and was surrounded by a decorative brick wall and shrubbery. The wellhead is located in the front yard of a house in the cul de sac at the end of Trotter Court. The tank battery contained two 100 bbl. steel oil storage tanks, three in ground concrete brine storage tanks, three horizontal oil and gas separator units each with a working gas sales chart recorder and one drip assembly. The tank battery was enclosed with a steel chain link barbed wire fence with a locked access gate. The proper identification sign was posted on the steel tank and no leaks were seen on the tanks or piping within the tank battery. The dike was in good shape and the area within and around the tank battery was well maintained. It was determined that this tank battery handles production for the Bartter #1-#6 wells.
