1626127583 | 2015-04-22 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. A board-on-board fence surrounds the well. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel production tank and a mechanical separator. A dike surrounds the tank battery. An identification sign is posted. A chain, link fence surrounds the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
1722028093 | 2012-12-17 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I completed an urban production well inspection. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a new board-on-board fence and the proper identification sign. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence with an identification sign. The dike was slightly weathered; however, it meets containment requirements. It contained one, 100 barrel production tank and a separator. There was a lock and bull plug on the load line. The lease road was on good condition. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. I researched our database and found the well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278. |
