Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0001938841 2015-02-05 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. A domestic gas line came off of the 4.5 casing. The tank battery consisted of two (2), 100 barrel production tanks, a 50 barrel brine tank and two (2), mechanical separators. The tank battery was surrounded by a dike. Identification signs were posted at the well and tank battery. There were plugs on the load lines. Locked, board-on-board fencing surrounded the well and tank battery. Twenty-four hour production chart was inside the separator. The lease road was in stable condition. The well shared the tank battery with permits 2-3717 and 2-4002. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
0008909224 2004-01-20 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Restoration approved .
0656797473 2018-07-06 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The gate valve on the tubing was open. The 2 inch flow line valve was open. There was an active domestic line off of the 4.5 casing with a regulator. The well was fenced with a locked man door. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of two 100 BBL tanks, one 50 BBL steel tank, and two mechanical separators. Valves on the separators were open. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. The tank battery was shared with wells 2-4002 and 2-3717. Signage was located at the well and tank battery and the lease access was stable. No violations observed.
1441550931 2012-10-09 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well was a plunger lift unit surrounded by a board-on-board fence with the proper identification and located northwest of the tank battery. The tank battery was surrounded by a board-on-board fence and contained two, 100 barrel oil storage tanks, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, two separators, and the proper identification. This well shares a tank battery and lease road with permit numbers 2-3717 and 2-4002. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road was in good condition. There are no violations at this time.
