0621082680 2012-10-31 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I completed an urban production well inspection status check. My inspection found the well equipped with a plunger lift unit surrounded by a chain link fence and pine trees with the proper identification sign and located next to a white house on the church property. The tank battery was surrounded by a chain link fence with slats, a dike, and contained two, 100 barrel oil storage tanks, one, 50 barrel brine storage tank, two separators, and the proper identification sign. I noticed no visible spills or leaks. The lease road and tank battery was shared by 2-3415. There are no violations at this time.

The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The tank battery consisted of two, 100 barrel production tanks, a 50 barrel brine tank and two, mechanical separators. A dike surrounded the tank battery. Identification signs were posted at the well and tank battery. There were plugs on the load lines. Locked, chain link fences with slats surrounded the tank battery and well. The lease road was part of the paved parking lot for the church. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
