0240053591 2019-04-18 Production Wells No Violations My inspection revealed the well consisted of a pumping unit. The tubing valves connected to the tubing wellhead were in the open position. The tank battery consisted of 2-100 barrel tanks with legible identification.
0240824258 2013-06-07 Production Wells No Violations FOLLOW UP TO NOV # 1790190113 The identification on this well is incorrect. It still has the previous owner on it. The ID needs changed to R.C. Poling. With the correct well information.
0259267219 2017-08-25 Production Wells No Violations My inspection revealed the well has what appears to be a stuffing box leak. Crude oil has pooled in the dike that is built around the wellhead. I contacted well owner RC Poling and spoke with Mr. Clint Poling at 1410 hours. Mr. Clint Poling agreed to have the pollution and contamination cleaned up by 8.28.17.

Natural gas odor coming from top of tank. Tank lids are closed. No reading on gas meter. Walked production line from tanks to well. No gas leaks. Found one place halfway between well and tanks where operator installed a valve in the line. Valve is closed but has been opened enough before to allow crude oil to puddle in a 4 by 4 area. Have tried to call operator at 74/455-2707, on 05-04-05,05-09-05, and 05-17-05. Phone rings several times then disconnects. Will mail NOV.
