Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
000PL12836 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
0919607297 2018-05-17 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1901. Access to the well was through a residential driveway. The well location was stable. The 8.625 well head was plumbed above grade and open to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. A domestic supply connection was present. No leaks were observed. A earthen dike that was free of production fluid was present around the production equipment. The dike was holding meteoric water. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 100 bbl steel production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 7 day chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The vault remained in good repair above grade and was holding fluid with free board. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1181850261 2007-06-14 Production Wells No Violations I performed a random field inspection. GPSs tank battery and wellhead. I found no violations at this time.
1466510564 2003-04-15 Production Wells No Violations The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl tank, 1- buried cement tank and 1- separator. The dike is in good repair.
